Teaching

I served as a Teaching Fellow for the Technology and Operations Management (TOM) MBA Required Curriculum course at Harvard Business School, supporting over 900 first-year MBA students each year. In 2024, I was the Head Teaching Fellow, following my role as a junior Teaching Fellow in 2023. In these positions, I collaborated with faculty in weekly teaching group meetings, developed course materials—including problem sets and review sessions—led weekly review sessions, and held regular office hours to support student learning.

The TOM course introduces MBA students to the skills and concepts required to ensure that a firm’s operations contribute to its competitive advantage. Topics include process analysis, product development, cross-functional integration, information technology, technology and operations strategy, and emerging areas such as data science and artificial intelligence for leaders.

Mentorship

As a doctoral student mentor in 2022 and 2024, I helped guide undergraduate research fellows through their HBS summer experiences. PRIMO brings together rising sophomores, juniors, and seniors from across the U.S. for an immersive program that pairs students 1:1 with HBS faculty on research projects, while also offering professional development workshops, academic training, and community-building opportunities. In this role, I met weekly with students to support their academic and professional exploration — helping them navigate both the intellectual and practical aspects of their projects and broader academic journey.
